Public domain for Image:Seal Bangkok.png?

There doesn't seem to be any sources confirming that the seal is in public domain. The fact that its use started in 1973 makes this more unlikely. Could you please clarify this, please? Paul_012 ^(talk) 19:52, 3 July 2007 (UTC)

Order of the Direkgunabhorn

Hi there - you uploaded Image:Order of the Direkgunabhorn 4th class (Thailand) ribbon.png and Image:Order of the Direkgunabhorn 5th class (Thailand) ribbon.png. Do you happen to have a reference for those designs? I only ask as every reference I can find to en:Order of the Direkgunabhorn shows all the ribbons to be the same (ie, with no extra embellishment on them). See for example here. Tip: Add categories to your files

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

I am wondering about the inscription used on the Thai war flag (linked in the headline). Do you know what language it is in and what it means? Thirdly, what is the origin of the text? The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Xiengyod~commonswiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. สีธงชาติไทยและธงต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ผมได้แก้ภาพธงชาติไทยให้ใช้สีตามประกาศสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรีฯ พ.ศ. 2560 ซึ่ง สวทช.ได้แปลเป็นค่า RGB ไว้ที่ https://www.nstda.or.th/th/nstda-knowledge/11557-thaiflag-color นะครับ แล้วก็แก้ภาพธงประวัติศาสตร์และธงที่ดัดแปลงจากธงชาติไปบางส่วน แต่ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากสีที่กำหนดใหม่อิงตามสีผ้าจริง จึงค่อนข้างมืดลงจากสีเดิมที่เข้าใจว่าตั้งใจใช้แสดงผลจอคอมพิวเตอร์ อาจจะทำให้สีไม่เข้ากันกับส่วนอื่นของภาพ (เช่นช้าง) ที่เคยทำไว้ ยังไงรบกวนช่วยตรวจสอบด้วยนะครับ --Paul_012 (talk) 12:18, 14 February 2018 (UTC)
