Derivative work of a copyrighted work, the scene. FoP doesn't apply here: the scene has a 2 years life duration, then is rebuilt from scratch.

Because the FoP is an exception allowing to take photographies of PERMANENT works, not temporary ones. --Dereckson (talk) 21:16, 11 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Permanent is in Austria FoP more than 6 month - and this was 2 years K@rl (talk) 07:19, 12 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Außerdem ist bei Foto File:Bregenzer Festspiele.JPG OTRS Hinweis --K@rl (talk) 07:24, 12 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Also the lifetime of art is not longer. --K@rl (talk) 06:25, 14 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Against deletion. (a) The Seebühne in Bregenz is a tourist attraction and is open to the public the whole year. They close the entrance only during performances. Due to the landmark status of the monument it appears on every panorama pic of Bregenz. The city and and the Festival allow press and public to take photographs without permission - except during performances. (b) This year there was a change in policy of the Festival regarding Wikipedia. The opera photographers Christian Michelides and Francisco Peralta Torrejón were invited to two press rehearsals of Turandot at the Seebühne and to the press rehearsal of Hofmanns Erzählungen (Les Contes de Hofmann) in the Festival House. These pictures will be uploaded within the next weeks with the consent of the Bregenz Festival and it's new General Manager Brigitte Sobotka. She was General Manager of the Graz Opera until June and invited the two photographers to the press rehearsals of Die tote Stadt and Manon in Graz. (c) Sobotka is very open minded and Wikipedia friendly. I will pass this problem to the office of michelides.peralta.at and ask the assistant to procure not only an OTRS ticket for the photographs of the two performances but also for all pics above. (Although I think there is no legal reason for deletion).--Meister und Margarita (talk) 07:38, 23 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

--WolfD59 (talk) 14:34, 16 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
