Firstly, there is no evidence that the uploder is a representative of the magazine, and even if they were, there is no evidence they are authorized to licence works copyrighted by the company. Secondly, there is no evidence that the company owns the copyrights to the texts depicted; it is possible that the copyrights are held by the heirs of the article authors.
