Reason: Possible LTA. Both users obsessed with up-scaling portraits of various political figures which is not in compliance of COM:OVERWRITE. •  Comment COM:OVERWRITE is clear. I reverted their overwrites and gave them a final warning. Please do tell me if I missed any of their unreasonable overwrites. Thanks, pandakekok9 03:50, 13 April 2020 (UTC)
