ER is depicted in green and vesicles & tubules in blue. Vesicles and tubules are contained within proliferated ER. Tubules are short in length, only reaching approximately twice the diameter length. The images were aligned using Inspect3D software (FEI, Inc.) and rendered using Amira (Visage Imaging, Inc., San Diego, CA). |
