Previous season
editThe Buckeyes finished the 2022–23 season with a 28–8 record, including 12–6 in Big Ten play to finish in fourth place. They received an at-large bid to the 2023 NCAA Division I women's basketball tournament, and advanced to the Elite Eight for the first time since 1993, before being eliminated by Virginia Tech.[1][2]
