This is a list of Indian national cricket team coaches. India is a full member of International Cricket Council since 1926 and played its first test match on 25 June 1932 becoming the fifth country to do so. In November 2021, Rahul Dravid became the head coach of the Men's team after succeeding Ravi Shastri, who held the longest tenure.[1] Amol Mazumdar was appointed the coach of the Indian women's team in October 2023.[2]

India won the 1983 Cricket World Cup under the captaincy of Kapil Dev when PR Man Singh was the coach.[3] In 2007, India won the inaugural T20 World cup under Dhoni when Lalchand Rajput was the coach.[4] In 2011, they won the ODI world cup for the second time under Dhoni when Gary Kirsten was the coach.[5] India has also won two Champions trophies in 2002 and 2013 when coached by John Wright and Duncan Fletcher respectively.[6][7] In 2024, India won the T20 World Cup under Rohit Sharma when Rahul Dravid was the Head Coach.On 9th July, 2024 Gautam Gambhir is elected as Indian Cricket Team Head Coach.
