Madeleine Malonga (born 25 December 1993) is a French judoka. She won the silver medal in the women's 78 kg event, and gold medal at mixed team event, at the 2020 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan.[1]
Career
editShe won a gold medal at the 2019 World Judo Championships.[2]
In 2021, she won the gold medal in her event at the 2021 Judo World Masters held in Doha, Qatar.[3][4]
She represented France at the 2020 Summer Olympics.[5]
She won one of the bronze medals in her event at the 2022 Judo Grand Slam Paris held in Paris, France.
Personal life
editBorn in France, Malonga is of Congolese descent.[6]
