Promotionalism

edit

I have drastically truncated this advertorial masquerading as an encyclopedia article to remove the blatant promotionalism. A company which allegedly offers "strategic communications" consultancy to its clients ought to know better. This has all the hallmarks of the paid-for article, not the least of which is citation overkill—padding the article with repetitious sources which at most quote single sentences by its employees commenting on healthcare issues, and none of which focus on the firm itself. Its notability is seriously in question. Voceditenore (talk) 07:59, 12 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

I have now removed several repetitious "references" which consisted solely of a single sound bite from an Avalere employee and moved two more to the external links section. Both of the latter were authored by the company itself or its CEO, although the article misleadingly represented them as independent sources by leaving out the authors' names.
