@TarnishedPath: It is looking like sour grapes when you griped about the article offline off-wiki. After the AfD the article was kept and you unilaterally redirected this article: you were reverted. Now you insist on adding an erroneous notability tag and after you were reverted on that tag, you added it again. Please send this aarticle to AfD again to resolve this but you do not get to be a one editor consensus. Lightburst (talk) 15:35, 5 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
Griped about the article offline? What are you talking about? Are you attempting to out me?
The result of the AFD was not keep, it was no concensus with multiple editors raising that for the purposes of WP:NCORP there was not significant coverage in multiple reliable sources and thus the article is not notable. TarnishedPathtalk23:34, 5 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
The Everett Resort is on the National Register of Historic Places so is regarded as a building, structure or place, and the same guidelines should be used for Bent's Camp Resort as it's the same type of subject - probably WP:GEOFEAT. WP:NBUILDING, which is part of WP:GEOFEAT, includes commercial developments. Peter James (talk) 11:50, 6 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
