Garlic Jr. Attack

Dead Zone-Garlic Jr.'s assumed ultimate attack. He creates a giant vortex that scatters the sky. Well this doeznt really need to much explaning.

Imprisonment Technique- This was move he used to imprison Kami-Sama and Popo in that jar glass. Note that this technique was not dub in english or japan but from the Daizen.

Finish Beam (Un-offically named)- Garlic Jr. fires red beams from both his eyes, similar to freeza's. I gave notice to this attack because he performs it more than once.

Finish Ball (Un-offically named)-Garlic Jr. harls white energy balls from his hands. He used this this attack on Kami.

If anyone wants to create a section on this then please to so. But try to keep it imformitive and don't litter it with opinions as facts like its a core taker or crap like that.

The Makyo Star

Small edit- in keeping with the general census to use the original and worldwide names over edited US names, I changed Makyo Star to Makyo-sei (Planet Makyo). Supposedly FUNi made that change because the imagery of our innocent child-hero Gohan blowing up a planet (albeit one full of demons) was considered too risky. So they made it a star full of evil energy, and neglected the fact that Gohan basically committed genocide :p

Your point? Makyo-sei was the home of the Makyo-seijin. Also Makyo-sei means Devil Star Planet. "Makyo Star" Means Devil Star Star --_-

Annoyingly, it seems even those well versed in non-U.S. DBZ don't seem to know that Garlic Jr.'s demon team of so-called "Spice Boys" were not called any such thing at all in the original Japanese version, but rather "The Four Monarchs". Not very exciting, but certainly a lot less tacky than "Spice Boys". And far more regal, which is in keeping with the demons in the Dragon Ball universe. I was sure to leave a mention of their U.S. name as an aside however, as is the way around here. One would think that this name alteration would be common sense, as Spice Boys is a painfully obvious reference to the Spice Girls, a singing group that wasn't formed until years after the Garlic Jr. episodes originally aired in their native Japan.

Also apparently little known is that the name of their leader "Spice" is flat out wrong, thus I changed it also back to its Japanese name (Gashyu for those keeping score). "Mustard" is technically wrong, and it's one of those iffy names to Romanize properly, so I did the best I could with "Tado". If anyone more skilled in such phonetic matters than I cares to, they are more than welcome to have a crack at a better Romanization.

"Mustard" is certainly incorrect though, as the name is meant to represent the latter half of the word (Tard), rather than the actual full word itself. I just wasn’t sure if it was meant to be a Romanji of Tard, or a pun on Tard, so I left it at Tado. Again anyone better fluent in such oddities of the Japanese language is welcome to correct me if I’m wrong. All of these edits I've also made in the "Spice Boys" section (now the "Four Monarchs" section) of the minor character page, by the way.

Also, I edited a paragraph regarding a supposed "plot inconsistency" in the Garlic Jr. DBZ movie ("Return my Gohan" or "Dead Zone", take your pick). While this is certainly a plot snafu in both of the English dubs for this movie, it's not really present in the Japanese version, so I made a note of that. I own the DVD of the movie with the Japanese track, and it's one of my more re-watched Dragon Ball related DVDs, so I can certainly confirm this to be true. Again this is one of those Garlic Jr. related tidbits not often picked up on by even the more Japanese savvy of DBZ fans for whatever reason.

I also just realized I forgot to log in when I made the actual edits. Color me stoopid.

Oh yeah, to the user at the top who listed off the Garlic Jr. attacks; the Daizenshuu lists all attacks where ki beams are fired from the eyes as "Kousengan".

The user at least got the Imprisonment Technique name from the daizenshuu. Hey user from above can you tranlates Kamino Bashi Waza it's the name of one galic jr. henchmens.

Consensus is not 5 people. Any one who is a major villain should have an article. Hell, what has Broly done apart from be awesome? He still has an article. I said I would improve its quality since you appear to not be willing to do anything short of removing any and all DBZ related articles. I'm not willing to spend my time starting debates over this when you're dead set on doing everything your way. If you can give me one honest reason why this 'extended plot summary' is any different to Goku, Vegeta or Broly's extended plot summary, please, leave it here and prove to me why this article should not exist.Darkwarriorblake 18:57, 26 March 2007 (UTC)

He isn't major, though. Brolli appears in two movies, and he doesn't even warrant his own article.
