I can only seem to find research online back to 1997 http://www.mori.com/polls/index.shtml is there are another page? Jamesmorrison 10:05, 12 November 2005 (UTC)Reply

This article needs to be renamed "Ipsos-MORI". 217.41.240.15 09:56, 26 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

CE change

edit

{{request edit}} I don't want to change it myself, as I work for the company, but Ben Page has now replaced Mike Everett as Chief Executive. http://www.ipsos-mori.com/content/home-page-news/ben-page-appointed-chief-executive-of-ipsos-mori.ashx —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.84.118.130 (talk) 10:29, 20 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Second largest survey organisation

edit

The article claims that Ipsos-MORI is the second largest survey organisation in the UK; where is the data to support this assertion? Julian Gilbey (talk) 10:48, 20 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

I've added a couple of refs, though it could be the sort of 'fact' that just get copied from one place to another. There must be several ways of measuring largest.Cavrdg (talk) 13:10, 20 December 2010 (UTC)Reply
So what's the largest? Is there a list of such organisations anywhere? Anxietycello (talk) 13:21, 15 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Name

edit

Why is it ungrammatical gibberish? ('Themselves' (acc.pl) 'to die (intransitive))? Smerdis of Tlön - killing the human spirit since 2003! 12:02, 25 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

@Ihcoyc: Not necessarily ungrammatical if it's taken from a quotation employing an accusative and infinitive. The search terms "ipsos mori" "dicit" actually give several Ghits for this exact sequence of words.
Of course, as the article explains, the name of the company is not actually intended to be Latin. It is merely an accidental result of a merger. --Florian Blaschke (talk) 01:01, 3 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
