Inaccuracy

This article is slightly inaccurate. The size of the beam is proportional to M^2 not to M. The area of the spot size is proportional to (M^2)^2, not to M^2. Pocnil (talk) 23:57, 6 August 2012 (UTC)

It depends on what you are comparing to. Compared to the embedded Gaussian the size certainly scales with M.--Srleffler (talk) 02:20, 7 August 2012 (UTC)
