I suggest merging NP Photonics into this article. The latter may not merit an article of its own (and the article does not at present establish that the company satisfies WP:CORP). It might make more sense to have short summaries of companies in the Optics Valley in this article.--Srleffler (talk) 03:35, 31 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for the vote of confidence but someone has removed all references and articles about NP Photonics, Inc. from Wikipedia. I'm looking into why this happened. I didn't create the Wiki article on NP Photonics but I edited it to make some corrections. Also, I don't understand why NP Photonics can't be listed under Optics Valley since the company is based in Tucson, was started by a professor at the College of Optics and is 100% part of Optics Valley.

Stop removing the link to NP Photonics. How can there be a Wikipedia entry about Optics Valley "Optics Valley is a region in southern Arizona, centered on Tucson, that includes a concentration of optics companies, spawned by the optics work at the University of Arizona." without any links or mention of any of these companies? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 206.207.51.13 (talk) 18:56, 16 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
