I'll review this sometime in the next couple days. Wizardman 03:27, 23 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

Here are the issues I found:

  • The lead could be expanded a bit more given the size of the article.
  • "After switching into state-level politics," to state-level
  Done
  • "he was treasurer of his party at federal level" at the federal level
  Done
  • not sure why Gradmann und Holler is italicized the first time, or called Gradmann and Holler the third; keep consistent. There's a couple other spots where italics are used for words where it's really not necessary; remove those.
Done, as for the other italics, can you specify which words you mean? As far as I know, all original German terms must be in italics.
  • "Kiep was uninjured and alarmed the police. " odd word choice there; perhaps alerted the police, though i would ideally just cut that part out and add his uninjured status to the previous sentence.
  Done
  • "Kiep was named as prospective Federal Minister of Economic Cooperation and Development under a possible chancellor Rainer Barzel." I get what it's saying but it's worded oddly; clean up.
  Done
  • "In the end, Kiep was capable to collect 910 million US$ for Turkey from various states" another odd word choice with "capable", not sure what it's trying to say in this case.
  Done
  • "The first, regular election in June brought " rm comma
I'd say the comma is necessary because it is not the first regular, but the first election and the only regular termed one. Or does this work different to German? Commas are really my weak spot in English, the rules make no sense to me to be honest...

I'll place the article on hold and will pass when the issues are fixed. Wizardman 03:12, 30 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

I have adressed all issues (see above), please re-evaluate. Thank you very much for your review! :) Zwerg Nase (talk) 09:39, 2 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

On the comma point, that makes more sense. I thought the two were one in the same. In that case this one can be disregarded. I double checked and only found one further issue on the italics, which I fixed, so looks like i exaggerated a bit on that. Everything else checks out, so I'll pass this as a GA.
