Year	year	Edition for the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. If the year is omitted, the default is 2009. The 2003 edition is also able to be referenced.	Number	optional
Revision	revision	Revision to the base edition. If the revision is omitted, the default is 3 (for the 2009 edition). For the 2009 edition, the revision level can be blank (original), dated Dec 2009; rev 1 and 2, dated May 2012; or rev 1, 2, and 3, dated Jul 2022. For the 2003 edition, the revision level can be blank (original), dated Nov 2003; rev 1, dated Nov 2004; or rev 1 and 2, dated Dec 2007.	Number	optional
Chapter	chapter	Chapter number to be referenced, in the format ''NA'', where ''N'' is the part number and ''A'' is the specific chapter. The default chapter is 1A.	String	optional
