Minibio

I was an attorney at a major Eastern law firm, and I also was a licensed CPA. I've contributed to a number of different articles in a number of different areas. Many of those articles, though, are more closely related to my "prior life" as a record store chain manager or to film/TV (my late stepfather-in-law was a film and TV director for decades).
