Hello, I am a member of the Wikimedia Foundation standing elections committee. From March 2013 to May 2015, I worked as Volunteer Support Organiser for Wikimedia UK, where I was founding chair back in 2008/09. Previously, I served as a member of the Wikimedia Foundation 2008, 2013, and 2015 elections committee, the Grant Advisory Committee, Wikimania Scholarship Committee in 2013, 2014, and 2015, and the Wiki Loves Monuments 2017 international jury. On IRC, my nick is "KTC".
User:KTC (public) is my alternative account for use on public computers. For training purposes during outreach events, I use User:KTC (training). I also control the doppelganger account User:Ktc~enwiki from way back in the pre global account days when one could freely create similar named account to an already existing one. No other accounts belong to me.
