Hello, and welcome to my user page! I contribute to many different areas of Wikipedia where I see unmet needs. I strive to improve the world's information ecosystem, in pursuit of Wikipedia's mission to make humanity's collective knowledge accessible to everyone.
I began editing in 2012 and have been active since 2018, and became a volunteer administrator this past February. – Sdkbtalk
Sdkb has done a lot of amazing things. Created 239 articles, 68K edits with a respectable 56% to mainspace. But most memorable is their diligent effort in streamlining many of the templates used to welcome new editors. They also run the valuable SdkbBot and help out at the Teahouse.
This Barnstar is awarded to Wikipedians who have performed stellar work in the area of instruction & help for other editors. I've loved seeing the energy you've brought to advocating improvements in our onboarding of newcomers, especially your invaluable help with the introductory tutorials. The Civility Barnstar
Thank you for the level-headed and reasonable discussions over at COVID-related articles — it's refreshing. :) Acalycine (talk) 14:22, 11 May 2020 (UTC)
This user has been awarded a userboxbarnstar for adding documentation to two of my userboxes; thanks again! Patrick.
I made my first successful edit on the article you created, Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the environment. Thank you for helping me on my repetitive errors on minor updates. You were kind enough during the whole process. Thanks again.
Belated thanks for your constructive contributions and perceptive suggestions to portray different aspects of pandemics. Your work embodies the collaborative spirit that is supposed to guide our efforts. —RCraig09 (talk) 17:48, 13 July 2020 (UTC)

A.C.'s Book Stack of Unreadability
Thank you for trying to move things along in the recent ANI thread. I'm sad your close was reverted as the thread has basically multiplied in size and has become near unreadable. Your attempt at trying to move discussion to appropriate channels and reducing the threshold for new voices to get in has been noted by me and probably others as well. A. C. The University Barnstar
For the time and effort you have put in to elevate Pomona College, List of Pomona College people, and Jean Walton, amongst others, to a higher level. Like the topics, places and people you have written about, you have also improved the learning experience for many and that is admirable. — The Most ComfortableChair 18:02, 20 November 2021 (UTC)

The Featured Article Medal
By the authority vested in me by myself it gives me great pleasure to present you with this special, very exclusive award created just for we few, we happy few, this band of brothers, who have shed sweat, tears and probably blood, in order to be able to proudly claim "I too have taken an article to Featured status". Gog the Mild (talk) 13:03, 21 December 2021 (UTC)

The Original Barnstar
For sticking up for readers. Over time, I've noticed your advocacy for changes and policies that make Wikipedia better for everyday readers, not just for us editors. I think the reader's experience is too often overlooked, so I wanted to give you this! Ganesha811 (talk) 02:50, 29 March 2022 (UTC)
The Original Barnstar
I wanted to give someone a barnstar, so I looked in your contribs and talk page and found out you're a really good, underrated editor! Thank you for being a polite, helpful editor (unlike some of the editors on Wikipedia today..) and assuming good faith! Dinoz1(chat?) 12:54, 26 July 2022 (UTC)
The Working Wikipedian's Barnstar
Thanks for your work adding need-blind admissions info to college and university articles! ElKevbo (talk) 22:17, 5 May 2023 (UTC)
On behalf of the Editing team and my own team, thank you for your support for the Talk pages project during the last several years. I expect Discussion tools to be out of Beta Features at all wikis before long. The team couldn't have met its goals without your help, especially your willingness to ask and answer questions. Editing hopes you will continue partnering with them for mw:Edit check. Thank you so much. Whatamidoing (WMF) (talk) 19:24, 28 September 2023 (UTC)
The Special Barnstar
Hi! Couple things, but as to why i'm giving you this, it's thanks to your great editing and interactions!
I like the new signature. I can't pin exactly why, but the font and shape reminds me of old computers.
I have occasionally edited in areas where I have a very mild conflict of interest (e.g. improving coverage of a business I've patronized), but I avoid doing so on any topic where I am too closely connected to be able to approach it with a detached, neutral mindset. When I was a less experienced editor (until 2021), I occasionally cited my own (non-commercial) work when it was the only or best source I could find. I have never edited for pay. I have a privately disclosed alternate account used for testing and edits revealing personal information (e.g. audio recordings).
