Happy editing! I dream of horses (Contribs) (Talk) 16:21, 11 May 2023 (UTC)
Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. TEDickey (talk) 07:38, 22 May 2023 (UTC)

Signs of disruptive editing observed by this shared IP address include:
- Edit warring by repeatedly changing content back to how they think it should be, when they have seen that multiple other editors have disagreed.
- Has not engaged in consensus building by repeatedly disregarding other editors' questions or explanations for their reversions. This user has also not used talk pages or entered edit summaries to post explanations for their own edits.
Competence is required when editing here on Wikipedia. Further disruptive editing may result in longer blocks. Please review the contributing to Wikipedia page and other resources that are linked from there. And if you have questions, please post a message the Teahouse. Regards. editHello, I'm Materialscientist. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions—specifically this edit to 49th Street station (BMT Broadway Line)—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Thanks. Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Hoyt Street station. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism can result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 06:03, 8 December 2023 (UTC)

editHello, I'm AntiDionysius. I noticed that you recently removed content from Meadowbrook State Parkway without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. AntiDionysius (talk) 02:23, 15 January 2024 (UTC)
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Kickapoo Turnpike. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. NoobThreePointOh (talk) 14:32, 30 January 2024 (UTC)
Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did at Interstate 787, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. Welcome!
editHello, and welcome to Wikipedia!
Someone using this IP address, at 69.118.22.124, has made edits that do not conform to our policies and guidelines and therefore have been reverted. For more information on this, see Wikipedia's policies on vandalism and limits on acceptable additions. If you did not do this, you may wish to consider getting a username to avoid confusion with other editors. If you'd like to experiment with the syntax, please do so in the sandbox rather than in articles.
You don't have to log in to read or edit pages on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free, requires no personal information, and has many benefits. Without a username, your IP address is used to identify you.

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
