Hello, I'm Hulmem. I noticed that you made one or more changes to an article, Kansas City jazz, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. hulmem (talk) 14:07, 24 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hello Hulmem, I have corrected the article Kansas City jazz, by adding citations for the new material and I also correct a mis-spelled name of one of the KC Clubs. I also linked a few of the key band members names to existing Wiki pages. Thanks. User:Jacob A Wagner

That's great, I'm glad you had knowledge of those sources and were able to add the text back in with citations. I made one small change, removing "in particular", becasue I did not see that specific meaning in the cited source. Thanks for contributing. --hulmem (talk) 03:45, 27 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Father Norman F. Rotert moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Father Norman F. Rotert, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). While the article has several citations, only one of them (the Kansas City Star article) is an independent source discussing Father Rotert in depth, and even that one may not be sufficiently reliable, as it appears to have been published in a "guest commentary" section and may not have been subjected to normal editorial processes.

I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. signed, Rosguill talk 23:12, 22 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Your submission at Articles for creation: Norman F. Rotert (December 7)

edit

Your recent article submission has been rejected. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by K.e.coffman was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Does not meet WP:ANYBIO; primary sources are insufficient for notability.
