Madanapalle
editPlease do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Madanapalle. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 07:29, 7 May 2018 (UTC)
editThank you for uploading File:Sandeepmudalkar.jpeg.
This image is a derivative work, containing an "image within an image". Examples of such images would include a photograph of a sculpture, a scan of a magazine cover, or a screenshot of a computer game or movie. In each of these cases, the rights of the creator of the original image must be considered, as well as those of the creator of the derivative work.
While the description page states who made this derivative work, it currently doesn't specify who created the original work, so the overall copyright status is unclear. If you did not create the original work depicted in this image, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright.
If you have uploaded other derivative works, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F4 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 17:38, 2 December 2018 (UTC). If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Ronhjones (Talk) 17:38, 2 December 2018 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for December 22
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Yadlapati Venkatarao, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page 1989 general election (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:18, 22 December 2018 (UTC)
Blocked
editI have blocked this account as a sockpuppet of User:Sakthi swaroop and for likely undeclared paid editing. Some of the evidence is not on-wiki, but Maverickindian uploaded commons:File:Confirmtktlogo.png; the OTRS ticket mentioned on the file page is VRTS ticket # 2019020110003358 and is worth a look for any administrator considering to unblock this account. If necessary I will provide additional information or comments via email. Huon (talk) 16:36, 14 February 2019 (UTC)
Unblock
edit@1997KB, Waggie, and Scottyoak: Respected seniors, As insisted by @1997kb and @huon sir in Wikipedia chat, I have been blocked by Wikipedia. I do respect and follow Wikipedia as always I do. Coming to the allegations on me. 1. Sockpuppet of sakthiswaroop. Explanation: I am myself Swaroop and I have used the same user name in Wikipedia chat as well. I always used my original name but with the advice of @vin09 few years back and other seniors i have changed my username. And i do accept 4 years back when i was in wikipeda i was a beginner and Amateur where we used to edit articles along with my roommate @ramsinghdeena. To which wiki blamed us to be sock puppets after that i moved to bangalore. But was more fascinated about again contributing to wikipedia. as per suggestion of @vin09 i have changed my username. But i never touched or edited any articles which i wrote with username:sakthiswaroop. which you can crosscheck.
2. Regarding confirmtkt logo:
Once i started writing articles with my current username. This time i was very careful, i have choosen topics very carefully. tried to learn more about wikipedia always contacted seniors like @1997KB,@scotyyoak,@waggie in wikipedia chat for every doubt. As wiki guidelines are bulk i was more worried and so always felt it would be great to take guidance of seniors. If there was any mistake that would be due to ignorance or miscommunication as i am bit poor in english language.
@1997KB sir, i would be of great help.. if you give your inputs here as i feel youre always my mentor.
Apart from that i am ready to face the investigation with honest and truth. You can always check my edits and i would be grateful if i can again contribute to wikipedia.. --Maverickindian (talk) 09:00, 18 February 2019 (UTC)
