Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you.--Hu12 (talk) 04:39, 29 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

As far as I can tell the links I added do meet the guidelines for Wikipedia external links. "Such pages could contain further research that is accurate and on-topic; information that could not be added to the article for reasons such as copyright or amount of detail (such as professional athlete statistics, movie or television credits, interview transcripts, or online textbooks); or other meaningful, relevant content that is not suitable for inclusion in an article for reasons unrelated to their reliability (such as reviews and interviews)."

The pages I linked to do contain further research that cannot be included in Wikipedia due to copyright, they include several unique copyrighted photos of each building, most include a 3D model of the building, the pages also include other useful resources for the building, such as photos from Google and Panoramio.

The usefulness of the Great Buildings pages exceeds virtually all of the existing External Links that are allowed to remain with the possible exception of the building's official page where applicable.Myquealer (talk) 20:02, 29 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
