For any language that doesn't have an ISO-639-1 or 3 code, you can use the three letter code "mis". I use "transl" if it doesn't use Latin letters and "lang" for those that use Latin letters. I have multiple times told newer editors that the edit summary is as important as the edit, and that a good edit summary might be longer than the actual edit. It's currently at MFD, and a large cleanup project is underway to repair the citations damaged by the script. I and several other users have !voted that the script be deleted or disabled, and I wouldn't recommend using it at all unless you thoroughly check every reference it modifies against the previous revision.
