Spelling

edit

Please ensure when you are making spelling changes that they are consistent with the article. For example, you changed center to centre but the article title is center. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 00:33, 3 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Ok sorry, next time I'll make sure that when I'm making spelling changes they are consistent with the article RyanRaves (talk) 00:36, 3 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Recent changes to Interval arithmetic

edit

I'm not sure if it was intentional, but somewhere along the way some references were removed. I've reverted them for now, but if I made a mistake please feel free to let me know! Thanks! BlueNoise (talk) 00:39, 3 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

No, It was not intentional and I did not notice it thank you for reverting it RyanRaves (talk) 00:43, 3 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

And again here[1] you removed references while claiming to fix "some spelling mistakes." I've seen you've figured out to how to reply here on the talk page above, and would like to know why you're engaging in what seems to be subtle vandalism. BlueNoise (talk) 00:43, 3 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

I'm so sorry but again I did not NOT make that change RyanRaves (talk) 00:45, 3 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
Also how do I delete my wikipedia account? RyanRaves (talk) 00:46, 3 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
Here is another example[2], and looking at your edit history[3] this is a reoccuring pattern. I'm not sure if you're actually meaning to removing sources under canned edit summaries, or if you're just not aware you're doing so. Please take care when editing to review your edits by hitting the "show preview" or the "show changes" button under the text box. If you are using the visual editor, you can review your changes after hitting the "submit changes" at the top of the page. If you have any question, feel free to ask here or at WP:HELPDESK. Additionally, one cannot fully delete their Wikipedia account. You, if desired, can request to have your account vanished here.[4] BlueNoise (talk) 00:48, 3 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
I'm not doing any of there edits at all and I never remove them myself. When I click on what edits I've made before publishing it I never see that I've removed it. RyanRaves (talk) 00:55, 3 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
Do you think this is a bug? RyanRaves (talk) 00:56, 3 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
It's unlikely, and more likely that you're unintentionally editing code pertaining to different references across different articles. That's why it's suggestable to hit the "show preview button" under the edit summary box to see the page code before and after you changed it. It's right next to the blue button that says "publish changes" on the text editor, and is at the bottom of the pop-up box when you click the "publish changes button" once. If you have any other questions about this issues, feel free to ask me here. Should you get stuck in the future, we have a wonderful help desk maintained by nice and knowledgeable Wikipedians that can assist you further. BlueNoise (talk) 01:17, 3 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
