Not in GNIS, not in Gudde, can't find anything meaningful on newspapers.com. Topos show point marked "Well", apparently denoting a well, in the general area, but that's about it. Site has been covered over by the Edwards Air Force Base. I'm not able to find anything significant demonstrating this was ever actually a community. Fails WP:GEOLAND and WP:GNG.
