Image is probably a copyrighted publicity image, but is claimed to be created by the user. — Ejfetters 09:10, 31 July 2007 (UTC).

Been discussed before, must have proof the image was released for promotional use, all other promotional star trek character shots have been removed by admins, for all TV shows and movies. Please replace with a screen cap, as this is acceptable if sourced and rationale provided.Ejfetters 12:19, 31 July 2007 (UTC)

- Keep. The real problem with this image is Starbucks's copyright - and they have a court decision to prove it. But Fair use on Kieron Dwyer.

*Keep It illustrates the section about numerous awards that the car won, and it has a good fair use rationale. I don't see any grounds for deletion. Karrmann 21:24, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
- Delete. I managed to find a freely licensed image to replace this one. Karrmann 19:12, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
- Delete. According to the above arguement, the image illustrates the section about numerous awards that the car won, yet this is easily do-able with text - the method the image itself uses. The lack of this image would not detract from a reader understanding the text of the article one bit. Anrie 13:23, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
- Comment. What the image arguably does is to show the impact the award made at the newsstands - that the magazine made a big deal out of it, and had a cover that screamed the news. Showing that allows the reader to assess its impact, beyond the mere statement in words. So it increases the reader's understanding. But whether it significantly enough increases the reader's understanding is up for grabs. Jheald 14:49, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
