- Delete copyvio. A free alternative is available as this person is alive. Furthermore a character's voice on an audio program doesn't have a "face". Picture isn't needed. — BQZip01 — talk 04:08, 3 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

- Keep This is an image from a book about a character, not the radio program. This discusses a character in a book & therefore (as part of the analsis of said book) meets the exception. FUR is required to keep this image. Otherwise, delete it. It can be restored later if a FUR is later acquired. — BQZip01 — talk 04:14, 3 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- The image is simply one person's interpretation of the character, and this interpretation is not the subject of critical commentry in the article Fasach Nua (talk) 09:27, 3 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- (added after closure) ...and therefore fails to meet the criteria for inclusion (lacking a valid FUR). Delete is perfectly appropriate here. — BQZip01 — talk 20:26, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete Fails to meet the exception noted for a CD (please note criteria for a book appear to be a bit different). This is not solely about the audio CD, but about the character. — BQZip01 — talk 04:23, 3 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

- The image is under fair-use, but is not low resolution or complying to any fair-use regulations. Also, this image is not necessary for usage on the article, as Mia is not the most major character in the game. Finally, the image is one of the worst choices for usage in the article, one of her face or entire body would be more useful. The rationale states that the image shows the character's stats to inform the reader of the topic, but Wikipedia isn't a video game guide, either. haha169 (talk) 00:58, 26 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

- Non-free image fails
WP:NFCC #9 as it is not being used in the article namespace. Also fails WP:NFCC#10c as there is insufficient fair use rationale. Nv8200p talk 01:48, 26 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- I wanted to change the image name thats why I didn't use it on the article, and as u say that that fair use rationale is insufficient that is not true because I've mentioned the author, publishers, the book and all other.Enthusiast10 talk 01:48, 26 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- NFCC#9 is taken care of but I believe the way the image is being used in the articles fails NFCC#1. The image is a current skyline that is replaceable with a free image. -Nv8200p talk 17:52, 26 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- The image cannot be replaced as there isn't any free images of this DLf City. It is an IT park, the largest in India.Enthusiast10 talk 01:48, 26 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- But a free image can be created as the structures still exist. -Nv8200p talk 21:03, 26 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- But a flyover was built so this view has totally been destroyed, one can't even see a thing now.Enthusiast10 talk 11:45, 27 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- There is nothing in this article that supports that seeing this particular view is significant to the article enough to warrant using a non-free image. -Nv8200p talk 14:16, 27 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- In addition to the issues above it hasnt got a valid FU rationale Fasach Nua (talk) 12:36, 27 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Now that I have made changes to the FU rationale, I guess it does have a valid FU rationale now. And to Nv8200's argument This image shows how fast Gurgaon has grown. it was just a Village in 2000 but since then it has become an important IT City in India. It also shows and portrays how fast India and China have grown. Enthusiast10 talk 19:30, 30 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- If the function of the image is to show growth, can publically available free census figures be used? (WP:NFCC#1) 09:51, 2 July 2008 (UTC)

- There are already numerous free (or purportedly free, I'm not certain about all) images showing recent highrise developments in the city. Nothing in the understanding of the page hinges on this particular shot. Thus: delete. Fut.Perf. ☼ 13:34, 2 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
