Low resolution image. The uploader's claim to being the copyright holder is dubious given their past upload history. For example, File:NateMcMurray.png is another file where the uploader is claiming to the copyright holder, but this article states it is "CREDIT WBFO FILE PHOTO" Whpq (talk) 21:14, 20 February 2020 (UTC)
- Keep I'm leaning keep here. It seems from both the image name and a visual inspection it is a cropped version of commons:File:McMurray Speaking to NYS Council of Machinists.png, which is released under CC4.0-by-SA. Seeing as the commons image has existed since May 2018 and a reverse image search for it does not show up anything, it seems like the uploader of the cropped image failed to say it was cropped, but it is not a copyright violation. I have WP:BOLDly added that it is cropped from said image. Dreamy Jazz 🎷 talk to me | my contributions 23:37, 20 February 2020 (UTC)
- The reason for the bold addition was that it seems to likely as the blur, his stance, the light on his forehead etc. are the same in both images. Dreamy Jazz 🎷 talk to me | my contributions 23:44, 20 February 2020 (UTC)
- Also if the image could be replaced by cropping the original image on commons in its full quality. Dreamy Jazz 🎷 talk to me | my contributions 23:46, 20 February 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks for finding the source and fixing the attribution. I agree that a better quality crop would help. The file should also really be on Commons. To any passing admin, I think this can be closed with Dreamy Jazz's corrections. -- Whpq (talk) 12:37, 21 February 2020 (UTC)
- Could the closing admin also move this file to commons. It should be suitable seeing as it is an crop from a image with a compatible license. Dreamy Jazz 🎷 talk to me | my contributions 23:55, 21 February 2020 (UTC)
