The result of the discussion was: No action. Primary owner is an English company, so tags are correct. @DemonDays64: please consider using WP:MCQ for future queries of this nature. Thanks, FASTILY 23:38, 7 February 2021 (UTC)

Is this public domain or not? This seems to be owned by Dolby, an American company, but templates on the page say it's not from America and can't be put on Commons? DemonDays64 (talk) 02:21, 31 January 2021 (UTC)
- The primary owner seems to be Meridian Audio which is a English company. Even if an American company owns Meridian Audio it seems like its still a English product. So I think PD-ineligible-USonly is correct. Salavat (talk) 08:53, 31 January 2021 (UTC)
- Keep, generic logo that is very likely ineligible for copyright. When I initially uploaded it I used the then-appropriate fair-use template out of caution. Not sure why it was brought to FFD instead of simply asking on the talk page or my user talk page, but whatever... —Locke Cole • t • c 20:55, 31 January 2021 (UTC)

The uploader of the phot has claimed to be Ebs Akintade. He is one of the subjects of the photo so the claim that he also is the photographer at this film festival isn't credible. Note that this image is no in use. Whpq (talk) 18:29, 31 January 2021 (UTC)
