Hi, I'm wondering if someone can please a SVG version of the original flag of Springfield, Missouri? it is based on the Missouri state flag (a tricolor flag with a stripe of red, white and blue in that order from top to bottom and the seal of Missouri in the middle of the white stripe) but with the seal removed and replaced with the word "SPRINGFIELD" colored in blue and placed on the white stripe and below it, the word "MISSOURI" placed colored in blue and also placed on the white stripe. The original flag of Springfield, Missouri also adds a white star to each of the four corners in the red and blue stripes. I think this one will be very easy to do and will be done quickly. Anarchist Black Cross

Hi. I was wondering if someone can please improve the file "Anarchist black cross logo.svg" by retracing the image to make it resemble official versions better? The original file was done by BraneJ, who has since died (may he rest in peace) and while it was a good SVG file when it was uploaded back in 2006, it needs adjustments to bring it up to the better quality of newer SVG files. For example, the left arm of the cross is longer than the right arm (an error from "Anarchist black cross logo.gif", which BraneJ used as a reference), when in official versions, they are both the same length. The symbol of the Anarchist Black Cross group is based on that of the "Red Cross" humanitarian organization (In fact, the Wikipedia page states that the "Anarchist Black Cross" were originally named the "Anarchist Red Cross" but renamed "to not invoke the international humanitarian Red Cross") The Flag of the Red Cross as posted here is a good reference for the improved file. Official versions of the Black Cross also seem to use a fist that resembles "Fist .svg" (that space is part of the file name) for the fist on the top arm of the cross. For the record, I have no sympathies towards the Anarchist Black Cross, I just think the file here on Wikipedia needs an update. Thanks. 109.76.71.103 (talk) 22:51, 1 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The logo is already done and that is the most difficult part. All that's really needed is just to place the logo onto the SVG version of the flag (with a white horizontal stripe on the top of the flag and another one at the bottom). One last thing. You'll also have to redraw the logo too and place the redrawn logo onto "Logo PPDiUR „Gryf”.svg", seeing that file up close and looking at the bottom made me realize that it wasn't properly drawn. @Swiãtopôłk: This batch was actually quite challenging. There appear to be different versions of the Pittsburgh and Pickands Mather flags depending on the source, so I've uploaded two versions of each. As for the Interlake, our maps of the Great Lakes are quite different from the one used on the flag in terms of projection and scale, so this is not going to be a perfect match, but I think it's close enough to be informative. @Fvasconcellos: Thank you for your work and thoroughness. I only have one comment about the first Pittsburgh flag. The "P" in the original has a more angular shape. Can someone make a free version of the Gloster P.376 three-view found online?

The thin-wing Javelin was a version of the Gloster Javelin of dramatically improved performance. It was never built beyond a partially complete prototype, and I've never found photographs of it. The best I have found was a "three view" illustration from a book, which I have put online at imgur here. Can someone make a libre version of this illustration?

This diagram is needlessly complex in places. If it makes it easier, the dotted-outline indications of the landing gear can be removed. There is also considerable detail in the flaps and spoilers seen on the right side of the top view that can be simplified, those are the bits that have a sort of cross-hatching in them. The various "mid-lines" on the center of the fuselage and missiles can also be removed.

If the original was copyright free one could make an exact copy otherwise one would need to use an artistic version. Anyway, this request led me to make my first steps and experiment with Blender 3D - and I am yet to figure out how to make an airfoil cross section for the wing, smooth edges etc. But for a very rough toy model do check Shyamal (talk) 16:58, 15 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Please make four flags of Mersey Docks and Harbour Company. Two of them are red and blue ensigns [6]. Although I don't intend to use it, I'm also asking for the badge, maybe it will come in handy someday. I am adding a laurel wreath from another file, but there is no need to change anything in it because it is similar enough to the source. The next two flags are the house flags. [7] I don't have a source to confirm this, but I suspect that the red one was for the lightships. The lighthouse looks similar to the Leasowe Lighthouse - east side, but the drawing is not of the best quality and it does not need to be reproduced perfectly.
