Abdel Mageed Ahmed Abdel Mageed Saqr (Arabic: عبد المجيد أحمد عبد المجيد صقر; (27 June 1955 – ) is an Egyptian colonel general who is the current minister of defense of Egypt since 2 July 2024.[2]
Military education

- All mandatory courses for the artillery corps.
- Master's degree in military sciences from the Command and Staff College.[4]
- Fellowship of the Higher War College of the Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies.[5]
