Saru (Persian: سارو, also Romanized as Sārū)[1] is a village in Kuhestan Rural District, in the Central District of Behshahr County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 1,593, in 495 families,[2] down from 1,658 people in 2006.[3]
