Spring Valley Township is a township in Cherokee County, Kansas, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 1,007.
Geography
[edit]Spring Valley Township covers an area of 47.2 square miles (122 km2) and contains one incorporated settlement, Baxter Springs. According to the USGS, it contains seven cemeteries: Baxter Springs, Beasley, Brush Creek, Crum, Dockery, Pleasant View and Usrey.
The streams of Bitter Creek, Brush Creek and Willow Creek run through this township.
Transportation
