protest method
[edit]"Nature of protest" to include some ground realities: Protest was largely peaceful except for cases of targeted harassment and slander. Also involved not supporting the Police (in return) who were VERY supportive of protesters till date. As of 23 Jan 2017, heavy clash between alleged anti-social/anti-national elements in the protest against the Police. Involved burning of Police Stations, attacks on Police and violent reprisal by Police on protesters.
