Accuracy of NYT statement
[edit][1] says:
"Leaving little to chance, the authorities ordered shut every window facing Beijing's main avenue,.."
When I was four years old, I lived on the street. After watching planes flying just before they were shown on TV, I was so excited. On the other side, although I was usually not allowed to sit near the window, but that day was exceptional. I took these photos.
It can be seen, the window is clearly opened. Therefore, that report is false?--The Master (talk) 17:13, 4 April 2020 (UTC)
- Now I recall we were warned not to observer outside or there will be a fine. My mother or someone else says they can't fine a child so I was there to shoot. --The Master (talk) 11:36, 12 September 2020 (UTC)
