Release Date
[edit]Can anyone cite any references to this article? I did a research and according to TVGuide.com, this series started January 12 and not January 19. But according to IMDb and Toonarific, it started in 2006. TJ Reyes 20:57, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
I have added some external links that could act as references to this article. GVnayR (talk) 03:47, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
Those are the same reference I used. The two websites indicated that the series started in 2006. But why is this article say that it started this year? TJ Reyes 08:21, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
IMdb is generally not considered a reliable source. Can't speak for Toonarific, but if it's an "anyone can edit" site like IMdb, it's not going to be considered reliable either. Gladys J Cortez 18:31, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
Wikipedia is a less reliable since anyone can edit any of the articles including anonymous users and without moderation. Is it possible that the series only premiered in PBS (USA) this year but have been airing in other networks? Can anyone do a screencap of the show's copyright line during the end credit? Trivia begone
[edit]I deleted the trivia section. First of all, trivia sections are against guidelines. I've incorporated the two correct facts into the article (stay-at-home mom and no last names)--but the "her husband might not be nearby" thing is incorrect. If memory serves, there was an episode where the kids think Mrs O is a spy because of the "strange man" she's with--who turns out to be her boyfriend (?) or was it her husband? One or the other, anyway. I'll see if I can find the ep info.
To summarize: Trivia sections BAD. All gone now.Gladys J Cortez 19:51, 25 April 2008 (UTC)
Settings
[edit]This list is getting out of hand already. We do not need to mention every single solitary location involved in every single episode. The department store, for one, doesn't need to be there; the school library and the museum are of questionable notability as well. Personally, I think a reasonable criteria would be that the setting should feature prominently in more than one episode to be mentioned in this list. Does that sound workable to everyone?Gladys J Cortez 20:02, 25 April 2008 (UTBlank)
How many timez does Betsy appear away From Neptunus?!
[edit]Well I don't know. Someone put in that topic.
Episode summaries
[edit]There needs to be consistency in episode summaries.
Either give all episodes a full summary, give all episodes a one-line summary, or don't put in summaries at all.
Exceptions can be made for episodes which are themselves notable, such as those that win major awards. They should have their own article and be wikilinked. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs)/(e-mail) 06:04, 19 January 2009 (UTC)
a question
[edit]A short time ago, i added the following to this article: It can be considered a show similar to Timothy Goes to School, which was later removed by the user Gladys J Cortez, so im asking, is that text an opinion or it can be added, because personally is my personal opinion, but what i must do?, Greetings.--189.216.87.9 (talk) 22:40, 25 January 2009 (UTC)
- In general, opinion-like statements can be added if they are "common knowledge" and are therefore extremely unlikely to be challenged, such as "Star Trek is a science-fiction television show" or if you are quoting a reliable source, such as "Star Trek was originally compared to Wagon Train, a television Western."[1]. If someone said the two shows were similar, and you can find that quote in a reliable source, you can use it. Otherwise, it has to be so common-knowledge that doesn't need a citation. In this particular case, I'd leave it out. It's too original-researchy for Wikipedia. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs)/(e-mail) 00:21, 26 January 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks.--189.216.176.188 (talk) 17:16, 26 January 2009 (UTC)
another question
[edit]Note: I have blanked this section as a violation of WP:NOTAFORUM. Additionally, I have blocked User:RuffRuffman32 for admittedly evading a block on his/her IP address. The talk page is for discussion of improvements to the article, not of possible future seasons of the show or discussion of the characters. Thank you. GJC 05:50, 23 November 2009 (UTC)
information
[edit]I found some information on http://betsykinder.wikia.com/wiki/Season_two there's some episodes of that season. --BetsyandKevin88 (talk) 02:09, 2 December 2009 (UTC)
But, they are confirmed? I strongly believe the show has gone out of production, no new episodes have been announced and the show is off the air on most (if not all) PBS stations. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 189.216.162.225 (talk) 04:30, 5 December 2009 (UTC)
I can't believe there's going to be a Season 2 I'm been waiting so long. --BetsyandKevin88 (talk) 17:16, 7 December 2009 (UTC)
But when does the new season start sometime in 2010 or what. --BetsyandKevin89 (talk) 21:13, 1 January 2010 (UTC)
Theme Song
[edit]I have a question is Betsy herself singing the theme song. --FetchFan21 (talk) 00:36, 30 March 2010 (UTC)
Important Data

Sad News
[edit]Tom Bosley the voice of Principal Warner has passed away which means I think the show is officially cancelled. --Joker214 (talk) 21:51, 19 October 2010 (UTC)
