Exit 2 Toll
[edit]In the article it states that the toll for this exit is $0.75 cars/$0.50 Sunpass actually it's $0.50 cars and $0.25 Sunpass can someone please change this, Normally I would but I don't know how it should be done probably to only associate with that one exit. Mileposts
[edit]Most mileposts are shown in the SLDs, and are on average 1.08 miles south of where they "should" be based on the FDOT interchange report. Mile 4 is right at the county line (2.906), probably deliberately. Thus it seems reasonable to add 1.094 to the interchange report mileage and round to the nearest tenth. --NE2 07:42, 8 April 2014 (UTC)
New exit 17A -- direct access to airport at Boggy Creek Rd. interchange
[edit]New flyovers are being built at the SR417/Boggy Creek Rd. interchange that will provide direct access to South Access Road and, importantly, do NOT provide access to Boggy Creek Rd. The project information (best I can find is here) do not clearly indicate that the new flyovers will be given a different exit number from the Boggy Creek exit, but somewhat clearly show that the new flyovers will be a separate "exit" from the Boggy Creek exit. Because the new flyovers do not directly connect with Boggy Creek Rd and are a separate exit off of SR417, I've added a new junction...exit 17A to South Access Rd.
I drove through this intersection today going southbound. The overhead signage going southbound has been removed and is laying on the side of the highway unchanged. However, I managed to get a glimpse of the overhead signage on the northbound side, which is covered with plastic but clearly has "Exit 17A" and "Exit 17B" on the top. The "Exit 17A" is on the far right and "Exit 17B" in the middle. Since the new flyovers will be the first exit off the right when traveling northbound, "Exit 17A" is presumably the exit number for the new flyovers. It will probably be signed to the airport (no road name or number). AHeneen (talk) 01:01, 14 June 2015 (UTC)
