Conflict of Interest

[edit]

This entire page is clearly bias[ed]. It was written by a user named "CountyofSimcoe" and that user is the sole editor. There are no sources cited. I intend to start a "controversies" section, since there is no mention of the ongoing legal battle with Site 41. There have been arrests made in regards to site protests, and the protests have been ongoing for months. --Brithans (talk) 00:52, 12 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Someone should start an Alliston aquifer page to elaborate more on the water found underneath dump site 41. Nat 99.229.19.99 (talk) 22:01, 20 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I have overhauled this article, and I trust it is sufficent to remove the neutrality, reference, COI, and wikify tags. I will continue to add to this article in the coming days. I will also advise user CountyofSimcoe (talk · contribs) to refrain from editing this article due to the conflict of interest, unless they demonstrate they can contribute in a neutral manner. --Natural RX 23:02, 9 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It seems the county forefathers have decided to re-org their website, and some documentation has moved.

Specifically the reference portable document (PDF) that was at :

http://www.simcoe.ca/ws_cos/groups/public/@pub/@cos/@corps/@wm/documents/web_content/wscos_004153.pdf

is no longer there, but a search on a popular search engine pulled up this reference:

http://www.simcoe.ca/ws_cos/groups/public/@pub-cos-cor-env/documents/web_content/wscos_004153.pdf

So, unless anyone objects to broken links in the main article I am changing the reference (a,b,c,d,e) link. ResponsibleRichard (talk) 02:21, 6 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
