Merge due to no objections

I propose to merge The Kingston Chronicle into The Kingston Chronicle & Gazette. The Chronicle & Gazette is the continuation of the Chronicle with a name change and new management. Thus, I believe they belong in the same article with the change in name and management explained in a history section. I am pinging @LiberArchivum: as the creator and major contributor of both pages.
