  • New and long enough, within policy, QPQ done, Earwig detects no copyvios. Hook checks out. This is a minor issue, but I was confused by the article title and had to get deep into the article to understand that "DU" is the model designation rather than the name of the company, or an abbreviation for a type of spectrophotometry. I think that "Model DU spectrophotometer" would be a better title. The image isn't really legible at the necessary scale, and doesn't have to do with the spectrophotometer itself. Maybe a crop of the photograph in the "Use" section would work though. Antony–22 (talkcontribs) 03:35, 21 March 2016 (UTC)
  • I've modified the lead paragraph to make it clearer that "DU spectrophotometer" indicates a particular model. I would oppose changing the name of the article, however, as it's much more often referred to as the "DU spectrophotometer" or the "Beckman DU" when it's written about or spoken of. I'll take a look at the photos, and see what can be done with the lab picture. I think it may be small too. Thanks! Mary Mark Ockerbloom (talk) 15:26, 21 March 2016 (UTC)
Good to go, then! The changes to the lead work for me. Antony–22 (talkcontribs) 03:15, 22 March 2016 (UTC)
