Adam Kadmon

I added Adam Kadmon as a prior "•" to the template: I wrote up Adam Kadmon#In Kabbalah section to explain its status as the first of the Comprehensive Five Worlds in Kabbalah. Sometimes, only the Four Worlds are counted together, due to the transcendence of Adam Kadmon. However, it is alluded to by the thorn atop the first letter Yodh in the Tetragrammaton Divine name - shown in the template (the other 4 letters correspond sequentially to the 4 subsequent Worlds). Adam Kadmon is listed and explained above the other 4 on the Four Worlds page. I thought this addition to the template was helpful to better allow addition of the template to the Adam Kadmon page, and to define Adam Kadmon in Kabbalah as the first Comprehensive World. (Other "minor" Worlds, such as Akudim, Nekudim, Berudim and the Partzufim - in fact there are infinite Particular Worlds - are listed in detail on Seder Hishtalshelus page). This also helps distinguish between Jewish-Kabbalistic and Mainstream-Rabbinic/Non-Jewish conceptions of Adam Kadmon on Adam Kadmon page. The Kabbalah section there, now also distinguishes between Adam Kadmon and Adam HaRishon - the Biblical Adam - who reflected Adam Kadmon Below before the sin of the Tree of Knowledge, and who included all subsequent souls.
