Blake Watson is currently an attendee at Bilborough College in Nottingham. He was born on the 9th of February 1990 and has a brother and a sister.

He used to attend Bramcote Park Business & Enterprise School and was voted head boy of the school in 2005 (a role he publically announced he 'neither wanted or enjoyed'). Here he obtained 8 GCSE's A-B grades, 1 A* and 1 C. He has had jobs in the past as a paper boy for the Trader Newspaper, Tesco on the dot com department and is currently employed by the Plumbing Firm East Midlands Plumbing.

YouTube Video's

He studies History, IT, General Studies and Media Studies at A-Level, and it was in his Media Studies lessons that he began to start his YouTube blogging. Many videos have been placed on the YouTube website by Blake. As of 19th June 2007 there were 34 videos with a total number of views of well over 4000. Many of these views have come from the 3 most popular videos filmed by Blake Watson and his friends and family. His Media Studies film 'Cleaver' came 3rd in the Bilborough College broadway showing (an Oscars like showing of the years music and thriller films) and has over 400 views alone on YouTube - Cleaver . Another very popular video filmed by Blake is Dog Fight. And perhaps the most controversial video filmed by Blake is that of the Human Pyramid. Two of the Most famous series of videos filmed by Blake are Dog Fight - footage of fights between Blakes dog and his brothers dog. And also Blake and Daves Table Madness which shows many stunts with tables that Blake Watson and Dave McGowan of The Response perform.

Controversy

In March 2007 Blake was informed that the Bilborough College staff had seen many of the videos placed on YouTube. Many of the videos filmed at the college itself were considered a health and safety issue and Blake was told to remove the videos. In a compromise with the college Blake settled for keeping the videos on the site but not to place any new videos filmed at Bilborough College on the site. The main videos in question are The Human Pyramid, Blake sitting on 8 chairs, Blake and Daves Table Pyramid and Blake and Daves Table Fort. As a result of Bilborough Colleges decision Blake began a campaign on MySpace to get as many views of these videos as possible to protest Bilborough Colleges decision. The protest was a failure though and only close friends of Blake viewed the videos. The protest is still ongoing though and Blake himself said on the 25th May 2007 that 'watching anyone of my videos on YouTube, no matter how much you hate it is a vote for freedom of speech and a vote against appression.' So it appears that the protest is still infact open.

Series

We first saw Dave and Blakes Table Madness on the 26th of February 2007 with the introduction of the Blake and Daves Table Fort video. Since then 2 new videos have been added to the series but no new videos have appeared since the 8th of March 2007, which seems to indicate this was only a brief series with little support.

Another popular series is Dog Fights. The second ever video posted on the YouTube site by Blake was infact his most popular video to date - the original Dog Fight. A sequel has been added but hasnt had anywhere near the success of the original and it also appears that this series has died away.
