Welcome to Wikipedia!

[edit]

Dear Naruto134: Welcome to Wikipedia, a free and open-content encyclopedia. I hope you enjoy contributing. To help get you settled in, I thought you might find the following pages useful:

Don't worry too much about being perfect. Very few of us are! Just in case you are not perfect, click here to see how you can avoid making common mistakes.

If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions.

Wikipedians try to follow a strict policy of never biting new users. If you are unsure of how to do something, you are welcome to ask a more experienced user such as an administrator. One last bit of advice: please sign any discussion comment with four tildes (~~~~). The software will automatically convert this into your signature which can be altered in the "Preferences" tab at the top of the screen. I hope I have not overwhelmed you with information. If you need any help just let me know. Once again welcome to Wikipedia, and don't forget to tell us about yourself and be BOLD! This whole "Back with a Vengence!" stuff...

[edit]

Could you provide a source for this? Or some kinda proof that this is an actual episode, and not some fanfic somewhere? Thanks in advance. Pacific Coast Highway {blahI'm a hot toe pickerWP:NYCS} 22:56, 2 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2

[edit]

Please do not add speculation to Wikipedia, as you did to Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2. While it is possible that there will be a Budokai Tenkaichi 3, this isn't the place to be postong that kind of stuff. Thank you for your time and happy editing! // PoeticDecay 02:44, 6 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your edit summaries

[edit]

Hi Naruto134 - I've just had a look at your contributions and noticed most of your edit summaries are "I edited this". It would be really handy if you briefly explained what changed you'd made - it helps users who may be watching the page or monitoring Special:Recentchanges. There's more information at Help:Edit summary. Thanks! — Matt Eason (Talk • Contribs) 21:39, 17 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Need Help!

[edit]

I need help. I was creating a new page and I messed up the title. Can I edit the title of page I created? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Naruto134 (talkcontribs).

Yep - have a look at Help:Moving a page. You just need to click the 'move' tab at the top of the article and follow the instructions on that page. — Matt Eason (Talk • Contribs) 10:29, 1 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A Small Question

[edit]

I'm trying to make this one episode of Ben 10 accessable because it's not in blue. All the episodes in season three in the infobox are in blue except "Super Alien Hero Buddy Adventures". How can I make this accessable? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Naruto134 (talkcontribs).

I've gone ahead and done it for you - the infobox template is at Template:Infobox Ben 10 episode, and it pulls in seasonal episode lists from (for example) Template:Infobox Ben 10 season 3. The latter is the one you need to edit to change episode lists in the infobox. (Please sign your posts on talk pages by typing ~~~~. Thanks!) — Matt Eason (Talk • Contribs) 23:34, 3 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Riolu

[edit]

Please don't add such things like you did to Riolu, it is considered vandalism to add information that is clearly incorrect. Please don't do it again. -Sukecchi 23:01, 4 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sukecchi!

[edit]

Listen you Sukecchi, I DID NOT MAKE UP THE RIOLU THING!!!! I was just looking at the Pokemon Ash has now, and I saw Riolu and decided to put that a Riolu got caugth by Ash. So don't go blaming stuff on me! And you, you probally make stuff up too! Other Wikipedians always make stuff up and you guys don't say anything to them. So don't go telling people they're doing vandalism while your probally making stuff up too! I deserve an apology from you!

...Excuse me? How dare you make such a claim. As of the most recient episode of the anime Satoshi does NOT have a Riolu. Episode 21 is "The Strongest Koiking and the Most Beautiful Hinbass". I've seen it, Riolu isn't even in it. -Sukecchi 23:33, 4 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
For the last time, I did not make up the Riolu thing! It was someone else! What part of "I DID NOT MAKE UP THE RIOLU THING" do you not understand? Can't you tell who contributes the things on Wikipedia? I did not make this stuff up!
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Riolu&diff=prev&oldid=112669818 This shows that it was you. -Sukecchi 23:41, 4 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I did that, but I wasn't talking about that. I was talking about what was on the Ash Ketchum page! But it's already gone now! You can look at it's history and see the page's changes!
I'm not talking about that one, I'm talking about the edit on Riolu's page. I don't even have Satoshi's page on my watchlist. >_> -Sukecchi 00:00, 5 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I put that there because I looked at the Ash Ketchum page and it said Ash caught a Riolu and I thought that it was true and I put the "In the anime" section on the Riolu page. That's why!
See, that's the thing. You can't take everything on Wikipedia as the truth. -Sukecchi 00:14, 5 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I deserve an apology.
No, you don't. -Sukecchi 00:18, 5 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Yes I do! I'm not the who came up with the whole Riolu thing! And you were blaming me I made the whole thing up! So there, I do deserve apology!
I've just skim-read this - I'm going to weigh in, but my apologies if I've missed anything.
Naruto134: Wikipedia articles should not use each other as sources, so you shouldn't really copy stuff from other pages without checking it against other sources first (the sources referenced on the other page are fine, if they're there).
Sukecchi: Please try and assume good faith. WP:VANDAL states that "Any good-faith effort to improve the encyclopedia, even if misguided or ill-considered, is not vandalism.". It is not necessarily considered vandalism to "add information that is clearly incorrect", as you stated above. Naruto's edit was not a "deliberate attempt to compromise the integrity of Wikipedia".
Both: Please remember to keep a cool head, even when you disagree on issues like this. We're all working towards a common goal and it's a shame when conflicts like this impair our progress. Thanks :) — Matt Eason (Talk • Contribs) 23:54, 5 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Another Question

[edit]

I have yet another question. It's sort of the same question from the "A Small Question" section. But this time, I want to know, how do I edit the infobox? I wanna add the "Underwraps" episode of Ben 10 to the infobox in the season 3 part of the box. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Naruto134 (talkcontribs).

Same as before - Template:Infobox Ben 10 season 3 is the page you want to edit. Please sign your posts on talk pages by typing four tildes (~~~~) — Matt Eason (Talk • Contribs) 16:01, 7 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Under Wraps list

[edit]

I am the person who "keeps changing" the list. I have explained why I am doing it every time. There is no reason to have it in list format. Especially in a section that small. It makes a large gap in the section and it doesn't look good. I'm not removing the list completely, I'm just changing the format around. I think it's important to know what aliens Ben used too, but you have to understand that the pages appearance also matters. I'm not doing it to make you mad, keep that in mind, I'm only helping with the article. Remember, no one owns any one article, it's a team effort. -Sukecchi 01:52, 11 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

South Park

[edit]

Hi, Naruto -- I noticed you created TBA (South Park episode) for the one that will follow "Cartman Sucks." While I can appreciate wanting to get a head start on cataloging the new episodes, you should in general not create such articles per What Wikipedia is not (specifically, the section Wikipedia is not a crystal ball). Even though we know there is going to be an episode after "Cartman Sucks," there is literally nothing we can say about this upcoming episode -- indeed, Comedy Central hasn't even officially announced that it will exist, so the info contained ("It airs on March 21") is technically original research. The other problem is that once the episode title is announced, you're going to have to move the page from "TBA (South Park episode)" to whatever the title is, which creates a pretty useless redirect from TBA (South Park episode).

Just a heads-up. In the future, please don't create pages like this -- just hang on until it's officially announced, and then create the article at the correct title. Take a look at Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not#Wikipedia is not a crystal ball for the official policy wording & reasoning behind. Thanks. Dylan 17:00, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Accent Marks

[edit]

How do I put accent marks on letters? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Naruto134 (talkcontribs).

There are various ways of doing it. This works in some programs. Alt Gr (bottom-right of your keyboard - it's not there on all keyboards) does accents on some systems (Alt Gr + e makes é on my computer). You can also do this. You could go to Start > Run > type 'charmap' and hit OK and copy the character you need. Or you could use the special characters box under the Wikipedia edit box to insert them (it might be something you need to enable in your preferences, I forget)

License tagging for Image:Bren's pic.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Bren's pic.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

I'm afraid I have to nominate The Suite Life of Zack & Cody: Tipton Caper for speedy deletion because it is a copyright violation of this website, and you did not assert that you have permission to use their text. I am sorry about this, but you must create articles in your own writing, otherwise it will be speedily deleted. I apologize for any inconvenence. Also, in answer to your question about deleting an image, you must get admin help. Thanks! Cheers, Jonathan t - c 02:17, 4 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove speedy deletion tags from articles that you have created yourself, as you did with The Suite Life of Zack & Cody: Tipton Caper. If you do not believe the article should be deleted, then please place {{hangon}} on the page (please do not remove any existing speedy deletion tag) and make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. Also, the article may still be deleted due to no description, but it still has less important items such as references to the series. I would like you to write a description for the game in your own words. Thank you. Cheers, Jonathan t - c 17:59, 5 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:DBZBT3 2.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:DBZBT3 2.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Fair use rationale for Image:Wasteland_Terra.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Wasteland_Terra.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Rettetast 22:21, 21 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Atlantis SquarePantis

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Atlantis SquarePantis, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you endorse deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of the page. Monster articles

[edit]

You cannot create articles willy-nilly. Articles on fictional subjects have to adhere to WP:FICTION, which plainly says "Wikipedia's coverage of works of fiction should provide sourced information to provide commentary on the works' real-world context... Both for encyclopedic purposes and also to qualify as fair use, summary descriptions of plot, characters and settings are only appropriate in the context of real-world information, not when they are the sole content of an article or told entirely from an in-universe perspective." and "A topic is presumed to be notable if it has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject."

Your favorite monsters are not an exception to this. If you can't bother to work towards that, then don't create such articles or revert me. ' 14:52, 2 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:BigCondor.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:BigCondor.jpg.

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. An editor has nominated Naruto: Shippūden the Movie 2, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Naruto: Shippūden the Movie 2 and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 16:44, 14 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:DBZTenkaichi1.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:DBZTenkaichi1.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

Ganon

[edit]

My edits to the Ganon page have nothing to do with whether what you added was correct or not. The problem is that it is simply more information than is reasonable for the article, and the info is mostly centered around the plot of the game, rather than Ganondorf. Especially because it is a completely non-canon, cameo appearance, all that really needs to be said on the Ganon page is that "Ganon is a main antagonist in SSBB, and serves the Master Hand".

Also, please do not call me an idiot. It doesn't help your case at all, and only makes you look like a nuisance. Not even Mr. Lister's Koromon survived intact. 03:41, 11 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Pokémon movie

[edit]

"This is the first Pokémon film to have legendary Pokémon appear in two films in a row". This isn't speculation stupid. If you don't like me insulting you then you shouldn't have done a stupid thing. Naruto134 00:00, 25 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I encourage you to control your conduct towards other editors. If this is your typical manner of speaking to other people, you are in the wrong place. You are far more likely to achieve something on Wikipedia through reasoned discussion than through insults.
Dialga and Palkia have not yet been confirmed to have a part in this movie. Until that is confirmed, it remains speculation. Wikipedia is about verifiable facts, not speculation. Please see WP:CRYSTAL and WP:TRIVIA. It also appears that I am not the only editor who believes that the information should not be present in the article, as another editor removed the content shortly after you re-added it.
Please keep the drama to a minimum, and learn how Wikipedia works. MelicansMatkin (talk) 14:20, 25 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

DAH templete

[edit]

HI i put Crypto does Vages on the Dah templete. Yes you where right about the timeline, But patmar does have a point. Crypto does Veags maybee a mobile phone game and a spinn off of Dah! path of furon but unlike Dah! and DAH!2 it is a seperate Game with its own release date thus it should be on the templete so you shuold reconize that patmar was wrong on the timeline but was right about the Crypto Does Vages. --Iwilleditu (talk) 00:29, 21 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Look

[edit]

The stupid assumptions are getting tiring. I don't put up half the crap that is added to thees pages, I copyedit it. Nothing more. Don't subscribe motives to me unless you know what you're talking about. Saying that it's him or could be is speculation, and it isn't too relevant if it's not going to be him. — Trust not the Penguin (T | C) 20:07, 26 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Also, your next edit will be 3RR, and I will report you instead of continuing this nonsense. — Trust not the Penguin (T | C) 20:08, 26 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

One last thing, please actually respond to this instead of just blanking my response. Unless you want me to start acting like you and blank every complaint you make, start talking and stop reverting. — Trust not the Penguin (T | C) 20:37, 26 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I never called your edits vandalism. Again, quit assuming things. Your edits are disruptive, because you're restoring speculation simply because it's "yours", which is an OWN problem. Instead of reverting simply because you think I'm being a dick to you for my own amusement, why not try actually listening for once? It's speculation to claim that it might be him, and likewise it's irrelevant that members of his species were enemies in the game, since he isn't among them. — Trust not the Penguin (T | C) 21:43, 26 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Really, like what? Your speculation, others' speculation, poor grammar, the Kevin/Gwen shipping, and all the other crap that piles up on a near-constant basis from the dozens of IPs who feel it necessary to note every little insignificant fact there is? Quit making improper generalizations to avoid the issue. The issue here is your speculation, which I removed because of WP:CRYSTAL. — Trust not the Penguin (T | C) 21:55, 26 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
If you're just going to toss thinly veiled personal attacks instead of discussing the issue like a reasonable person, please don't bother continuin the conversation. Yes, I remove things. I remove a lot of things. I do it with pride, in fact, because it's almost always nonsense, speculation, or some other sort of non wiki-appropriate material that someone else would remove if I didn't get to it. Things get edited, cut, and added on the wiki. It's the way things work. Don't complain because it happens to you. — Trust not the Penguin (T | C) 22:08, 26 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Biollante.jpg

Gastro

[edit]

This is concerning Gastro being added onto the Destroy All Humans! Path of the Furon article. Gastro would have to be in the game, or at least mentioned, because he was a major Furon character indrotuced in DAH!2. He had been With Pox and Crypto ever since they came to earth, so it would be illogical for him to simply disappear with no explanation why, right? Therefore I believe he should at least be mentioned. Also, Saxon is a confirmed character of IMDB, so he isn't speculation, however the Furon Conspirators is just a rumor, so that can be removed. Thank you. --SWJS: The All Knowing Destroy All Humans! Nerd(Cortex Scan) 02:30, 8 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Gastro

[edit]

And that is what I am saying. Also Pox if my Favorite character, so that has nothing to do with it. If you'd pay attention, You'd realize Gastro was not just a gun as you say he was. He was a major character, and here is why:

  1. He was introduced in DAH!2 as the Mothership's Janitor and cook. Therefore he had been with Crypto and Pox all along.
  2. He was killed on the Mothership along with Pox, and cheated death the exact same way Pox was, only he had guns on his HoloPox unit.
  3. He was treated as a main character on the Pandemic Studios Website, whom made DAH!2.

So therefore he is a main character, and what was said on Destroy All Humans! Path of the Furon was the truth. So go ahead and report me, I'm doing nothing wrong. Gastro didn't have to have a conversation in the game to be a major character. He was with Pox and Crypto the whole time, he can't just bloody disappear without any explaination, so therefore he would have to be at least mentioned in the game, and so therefore must at least be mentioned in the article. Can we reach an agreement there or not? --SWJS: The All Knowing Destroy All Humans! Nerd(Cortex Scan) 19:49, 8 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Naruto - please try to be a little calmer in your comments. you are generally being bad tempered, and that makes the editing experience frustrating for everyone involved. please try to remember - first - that these articles are as important to other editors as they are to you, and - second - that there is no urgency about getting it perfectly right. if someone does something you think is wrong, sit back and calmly explain to them why its wrong, so that they'll know better next time. jumping on them will just make them want to jump on you, and nothing will get done that way. --Ludwigs2 19:45, 9 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Not reliable?

[edit]

Hi there. In regard to the reliability of the kh2.co.uk, I am well aware that pages from that website have been used in multiple KH articles; I know this because I was the one that put them in there. However, all of them are developer interviews that were translated from other reliable sources. As this is the only English translation available, it is considered acceptable. Outside of this, they do not qualify as a reliable source because they are fan owned and operated, and do not have an editorial oversight process in place.

I hope you understand, as I and other editors have been monitoring the articles to improve their quality so they can pass WP:GAN and hopefully WP:FAC as well. We are trying to improve the quality so they can be added to the Kingdom Hearts Featured topic later to maintain its featured status. I you have any other question, please feel free to leave me another note. (Guyinblack25 talk 19:39, 2 August 2008 (UTC))[reply]

Naruto134- You are quite right. I don't doubt the factual accuracy. Unfortunately though, Wikipedia does because of the reasons I stated above. Because we're in their playground, we have to play by their rules. It makes it tougher to edit, but it ensures that readers will get quality information that is accurate. [edit]

Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you recently tried to give Ben 10: Alien Force (video game) a different title by copying its content and pasting it into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut and paste move", and it is considered undesirable because it splits the page history which is needed for attribution and various other purposes. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page. This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other articles that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut and paste move repair holding pen. Thank you. treelo radda 18:26, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Ben 10: Alien Force (video game)(version 2), by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Ben 10: Alien Force (video game)(version 2) is a redirect page resulting from an implausible typo (CSD R3).

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Ben 10: Alien Force (video game)(version 2), please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Proposed deletion of List of Storm Hawks locations

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article List of Storm Hawks locations, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

No sourcing and nothing to establish notability for a wholly in-universe concept in real world terms.

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. treelo radda 16:12, 19 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  2. You can request a mentor to help explain to you all of the complex rules that editors use to get a page deleted, here: Wikipedia:Adopt-a-User. But don't wait for a mentor to respond on the deletion page.
  3. When try to delete a page, veteran editors love to use a lot of rule acronyms. Don't let these acronyms intimidate you.
Here is a list of your own acronyms you can use yourself: WP:Deletion debate acronyms which may support the page you created being kept.
Acronyms in deletion debates are sometimes incorrectly used, or ignore rules or exceptions.
  4. You can merge the article into a larger article.

If your page is deleted, you still have many options available. Good luck! travb (talk) 18:28, 24 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated Billy & Mandy: Wrath of the Spider Queen, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Billy & Mandy: Wrath of the Spider Queen. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Orphaned non-free image (File:KH Memories cover.jpg)

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:KH Memories cover.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Template:Spectrobes has been nominated for deletion. You are invited to comment on the discussion at the template's entry on the Templates for discussion page. Thank you. —Justin (koavf)TCM21:06, 4 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is List of allies and other characters in Codename: Kids Next Door. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of allies and other characters in Codename: Kids Next Door. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 02:31, 12 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:Destroyer.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Destroyer.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 22:43, 26 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Vic Mignogna in Naruto Ultimate Impact

[edit]

I see that from Tobi that Tobi's real name is Obito Uchiha, and he calls himself Madara Uchiha, and that there's a byline saying Mignogna voices young Obito. So in the game itself, which distinct characters appear and which incarnation does he voice?

  • Tobi
  • Obito Uchiha
  • Obito Uchiha (young)
  • Madara Uchiha

If you have a source link to provide, that would be great. Thanks. AngusWOOF (talk) 22:05, 29 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Redundant

[edit]

Hi, re: this edit, you might want to look up the word redundant, since you are misusing it. We have edit summaries for a reason. If you felt that "Dodgerblue" (instead of some more accurate hexadecimal color, was more appropriate, the onus was on you to explain that in an edit summary. Your rationale is still faulty: you've again changed red to "Dodgerblue" because it "matches the shade of Leo's blue mask", but red matches Raph's mask. If masks were your inspiration, changing green to blue would have made more sense, as would have changing yellow to orange here. I'll fix these for you. Addendum I've changed my mind. Your color changes affect numerous articles, not just that table, and I'm not interested in cleaning up after you. If you are adamant to arbitrarily change red to "Dodgerblue", which isn't even the right hue in any of the Nick models, you can try to submit the changes, but you'll have to update all articles that have different coloration otherwise it will be reverted. Verifiability, not truth

[edit]

Please check out Wikipedia's core policy verifiability, in particular: "Even if you're sure something is true, it must be verifiable before you can add it." The reason your information wasn't included is because it wasn't verifiable. I never said it wasn't true; I saw the tweet, but a wink and a nod on Twitter do not meet the verifiability policy. You should also refrain from insinuating people are stupid. BrightRoundCircle (talk) 10:23, 27 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
