ANI Experiences survey
[edit]The Wikimedia Foundation Community health initiative (led by the Safety and Support and Anti-Harassment Tools team) is conducting a survey for en.wikipedia contributors on their experience and satisfaction level with the Administrator’s Noticeboard/Incidents. This survey will be integral to gathering information about how this noticeboard works - which problems it deals with well, and which problems it struggles with.
The survey should take 10-20 minutes to answer, and your individual responses will not be made public. The survey is delivered through Google Forms. The privacy policy for the survey describes how and when Wikimedia collects, uses, and shares the information we receive from survey participants and can be found here:
If you would like to take this survey, please sign up on this page, and a link for the survey will be mailed to you via Special:Emailuser.
Please be aware this survey will close Friday, Dec. 8 at 23:00 UTC.
Thank you on behalf of the Support & Safety and Anti-Harassment Tools Teams, Patrick Earley (WMF) talk 21:14, 6 December 2017 (UTC)

Hi Richardcavell. I came across Tolly Carr while working on another article where a source is cited written by someone who has the same name. You created a redirect for "Tolly Carr" to WXII-TV back in 2009, but I cannot find anything in the WXII article about Carr. So, I'm just curious as to why you created the redirect. Maybe there was once something in the article written about Carr which has now since been removed? -- Marchjuly (talk) 00:26, 29 November 2018 (UTC)
- Hi. It was a while ago now. Tolly Carr was an anchor from that station who was in the news at the time. I think that he's notable enough for a redirect, since there has been media commentary about his case. But I'm happy for you to do whatever you think is proper. - Richard Cavell (talk) 12:47, 29 November 2018 (UTC)
- Redirects are cheap so a redirect wouldn't really be an issue if there was some content about him in the station's article; however, he's not even mentioned by name a single time in the article, at least not in the current version of the article. There was a section titled "Former personalities" previously in the article [1] which is probably why you created the redirect, but that section has been trimmed quite a bit and the mention of Carr appears to have been removed here in July 2012. -- Marchjuly (talk) 13:22, 29 November 2018 (UTC)
- I still think he's notable enough for a redirect, but you can take it to RfD if you wish to advocate for the redirect to be deleted. - Richard Cavell (talk) 14:43, 29 November 2018 (UTC)
- I've asked for some other opinions on this at WT:RE#Redirecting of Tolly Carr. -- Marchjuly (talk) 06:25, 30 November 2018 (UTC)

The article Ron Steward has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Gideonrmt (talk) 15:34, 15 May 2024 (UTC)
