The result was delete. No consensus for deleting the others; being handled at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/B5470 road or, it seems, individually. Sam Walton (talk) 19:31, 27 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

No references to show notability. It seems to follow the Sabre entry but other sources I can find are about temporary traffic issues. — Rod talk 17:05, 19 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think there is anything particularly notable about any of these minor roads (and they're only a small selection of all the B roads in England, I don't really see why these deserve pages rather than all of the hundreds of others). JMWt (talk) 17:58, 19 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Only three have no sources - the article nominated here (B4058), B1108 and B1120. Most only cite maps or mentions in travel guides - only the B1110 and B1145 have what may be significant coverage in the sources cited. Peter James (talk) 13:45, 21 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

just to say I am not necessarily voting delete them all, just pointing out that there are a lot of similar pages - with arguably similar levels of citation and notability, so it is hard to make a statement about this road without considering the context of all the others existing. Furthermore this is about notability not the references on an individual page, and therefore is a question of whether a "B" road (which is officially a minor road) can ever be described as notable. In my opinion, that is the same question which is to be asked about all the pages, regardless of the current state of their references. JMWt (talk) 15:09, 22 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I think decisions need to be made on individual cases rather than a blanket "all B roads". There are some minor roads (either B or unnumbered) which are definitely notable - Vicars' Close, Wells comes to mind.— Rod talk 15:22, 22 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
None of the B road articles are anywhere close to being as good articles as that, nor are they as notable as that. That's like comparing apples and pears. It is possible that Vicars' Close, Wells has a B or C designation, which is not notable. JMWt (talk) 15:45, 22 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
