Article about a non-profit organization, referenced entirely to its own self-published content about itself and/or government documents rather than any evidence of third-party coverage that would pass WP:GNG or WP:ORGDEPTH. As always, organizations are not "inherently" notable just because their own web presence offers technical verification that they exist; the notability test is the reception of third party coverage and analysis about them in independent reliable sources, such as media coverage and/or books.
