The unreferenced article does not meet WP:GNG. WP:NTELEVISION states "Generally, national or regional cable channels are presumed notable." but a presumption is not a guarantee of notability. In this case, the station produces no original content and has not received WP:SIGCOV directly and in detail. Parent organization does not have an article, may not meet WP:N, so there is no target for a merge.
