No reliable sources indicating notability for this filmmaker, at this time. His film's acceptance into the little known Syracuse International Film Festival does not confer notability. (In fact, a quick look at the festival's own article reveals it to be highly problematic, in its own right). Perhaps just a case of WP:TOOSOON.
