In 2010. ☺ It's a major road, but it's a largely undocumented major road. The only way for readers to verify things like the speed limits is to go to the road. There are no sources in the article, and although I can turn up generalities about road construction in the A.C.T., I cannot turn up specifics down to this level of detail of individual roads.
